Refund policy

You can return items to us within 14 days of receipt.

Please ensure you contact us when returning an item. 

Follow these steps if you need to return an item(s):

Ensure the item is unworn, folded neatly in original packaging with labels attached. Items not received in a re-sellable condition will not be eligible for a refund/exchange unless the product is deemed faulty.

Please include a note within your parcel stating your name, order number so we can identify you (without this we cannot process your refund). 

Send your item(s) to the address below using a tracked service of your choice. RoadKill is not responsible for any items returned to us once they are in transit. To ensure a smooth returns process, make us aware of your return once you have sent it, including any tracking information you may have, via email. We try to process all refunds within 48-72hrs once received.

International Returns

If you are required to fill in a customs form, please ensure this is clearly marked as 'returned goods’. RoadKill is not responsible for any customs fees associated with returns. 

RoadKill will not be held accountable for shipping to an address entered incorrectly, but we will be happy to assist you in the matter.
